Data is downloaded (exported) through the Export button at the top of the Company Table:

When you download, you will receive an email with a link. Click the link in your email to save the exported Excel file on your computer.

You can also view your downloads within ProsperFleet, or download them again, by clicking Downloaded Records in the side menu. When you re-download within 12 months of the original download date, no additional credits are used.

Your filters might find 40,000 companies. But you might have 1,200 or a few hundred credits. No problem – you can easily download only some of the companies selected by your filters. Choose the number of companies you want to download:

ProsperFleet will choose records from the list. For the remaining records, you can save them to a segment to download later. To see your segment, click the pie chart icon in the side menu to go to the Saved Segments page.

If there are fields in your export file that you don’t need, you can remove columns from the file.
