After you download (export) a list, you can share it with your colleagues who also use ProsperFleet.

Go to Downloaded Records in the side menu. Your downloaded files will show here. Choose which file you want to share.

You can select who you want to share the file with. They will receive an email with a link to the exported Excel file. The file will also show up on their Downloaded Records page.

If a colleague shares a file with you, you will receive an email and it will be visible on your Downloaded Records page.
