When users send data from ProsperFleet to HubSpot, you can assign them as Company Owner in HubSpot:

In HubSpot integration settings, click on the Owner Assignment tab.

All ProsperFleet users will be visible. You’ll also see which users are currently Active.

Map ProsperFleet users to their name in the HubSpot Owner column:

Then, decide whether you want to overwrite any previous owner assignments in HubSpot, if same companies are downloaded again and updated in HubSpot. If yes, check the box in the Overwrite column. If no, leave the box unchecked.

Be sure to click the Save All button!

If you don’t choose a HubSpot Owner for ProsperFleet users, they can still send data to HubSpot. They just won’t be assigned as Company Owner in HubSpot.
