    The successful candidate will work closely with our customers and internal teams to implement all aspects of campaign analytics for leading business to business (B2B) technology companies and their partners. Your responsibilities include data quality, matching and validation, reporting and generating insights to be delivered.

    To do that, you must fully understand the client and their partners’ business environment, customer and campaign attributes, strategy and objectives, and then apply your analytical skills to create reliable and accurate analyses in a time-sensitive manner that achieve the client’s business and sales objectives. You will work with cutting-edge tools and teams in data acquisition/ ETL, relational databases, visualization and sales process design.

    • Prepare, QC and build the datasets required for analytics, including data formatting, extraction and protocols for uploading from client and B2B databases and CRM applications
    • Work with client to design the campaign testing, design measurement metrics and reporting to determine incremental effect, propose diagnostics and improvements
    • Proactively explore additional analyses and insights that can be delivered to client and partners for added-value
    • Contribute to building automated processes to compress project time-frames, and improve integration of modeling related tasks

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, math or econometrics graduating in the top 10%, with two years in analysis, reporting and database management in a fast-paced setting
    • Solid understanding of campaign management, customer segmentation and reporting, with experience working with large datasets of transactional, B2B and sales data
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Can-do attitude to work across business and multi-disciplinary technical teams

We deliver strategic and Salesforce consulting, analytic insights and SaaS applications to help our customers increase their sales productivity and revenue. Valgen is a ISV Partner and on the AppExchange.

    To support our Salesforce practice, we are looking for a senior professional to lead client engagements, provide thought leadership and project management, and work with our team of developers and statisticians to execute client projects. This person will be our customers’ trusted advisor on the platform. This role will implement our analytic products, support complementary technologies like data cleansing and marketing automation, and recommend tools and sales processes to maximize our customers’ investments in Salesforce.

    This position is based out of Chicago with some travel. If you wish to start out part-time and then join full time, that is okay. For the right candidate, compensation shall include base, bonus, sales incentives as well as equity – come grow with us.

    • Work with client-stakeholders (IT, sales, marketing and executive) to design, propose, manage, configure and deploy features, functionality, applications and projects on
    • Contribute to the development of Valgen analytic applications by providing insights and modifications to applications and developers through project learning and participating in development of methodologies and solutions
    • Work with sales teams to prepare proposals, participate in presentations and support business development
    • Advise prospects and clients on complex problems and propose solutions to be implemented directly by client or through Valgen professional services
    • Undergraduate degree in technology, engineering, math or quantitative field
    • Five years designing and implementing advanced Salesforce solutions
    • Experience as the consummate consultant – with proven ability to nurture seven figure accounts and grow them – is highly coveted
    • Salesforce certification such as Administrator, Developer or Sales/Service Consultant
    • Two years of hands-on project management experience, preferably managing multidisciplinary teams on the deployment of solutions
    • Knowledge of tools and processes in lead management, marketing automation, business intelligence and analytics
    • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills
    • Strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical users
    • Experience and interest in reporting, dashboarding, business intelligence, predictive analytics and similar quantitative methods for improving sales performance
