Would you like to apply your favorite filters in one click, instead of entering the filters again and again?

Saved Filters are useful when you use many filters to search for fleets.

You can also set up filters to share with your team, like to create searches for sales territories.

After you choose your filters, click the “Save Filters” button at the top of the filters:

A pop-up will appear. Now, give your filters a name that describes the search:

Click Save, and the pop-up will go away.

Apply Your Saved Filters

To use your Saved Filter, click on the save icon in the side menu.

Click the “eye” icon to Apply your filters. ProsperFleet will flip back to the Search Records page. All your filters will be automatically applied in that one click. Fleets that fit your search criteria will appear.

You can click the Back button to review and change any filters.

If you have Account Admin status, you’ll see all Saved Filters from all users in your account.

Share Saved Filters

You can share Saved Filters with others in your account. This is great for creating sales territories or pre-set searches.

To do this, click the Share icon:

Then, choose the user you want to share the Saved Filters with, and click the Share button:

They will get an email telling them that you shared Saved Filters with them. And when they log in to ProsperFleet and go to the Saved Filters page, they’ll find your filters in the list here.

You can also edit Saved Filters names (click the pencil icon) and delete Saved Filters (click the trash can icon).
