Credits are assigned to you by the Administrator of your organization’s ProsperFleet account. If you are the only user for your account, you are also the Admin and all credits are automatically assigned to you.
For each Company or HQ record you download (export) from ProsperFleet, one credit is used.
For each Location or Branch record with a fleet you download, a half credit is used.
Credits are based on number of companies or locations you choose, not number of vehicles or contacts.
ProsperFleet will not charge twice if you re-download a record within 12 months of the first download of that record. Any user in your account can re-download a record within 12 months without using credits again.
To use credits, choose companies using the filters (Fleet, Geography, Industry, Contacts). Then, on the Download screen, you can choose to download all or some companies chosen. If you download some companies, you can save the remainder to a list to download later.
