User Settings - Password
When you sign up for ProsperFleet, or your company’s Account Admin invites you to ProsperFleet, a random password will be assigned to you. You will receive this password in your first invitation email to ProsperFleet.
If you want to change this password or you forget it, visit the Login Page and click “Forgot Password?” to reset it. There is also a Change Password link on your My Profile page.
You will receive a verification code and a link in your email that you can use to reset your password.
Customer Support does not have access to your password.
